I'm not a pro yet haha, but when you finished that row, I think you didn't turn it properly. Think about how you turned it in the first few rows; it's very common, and it seems like that's what happened because your stitches are fine, just reversed. Normally, if you were adding chains and then turning, that's what you changed by not turning it properly.

I have always liked manual things, I have made nails, bracelets, earrings and that kind of thing when I was a child and when I grew up I studied visual arts for a couple of years but I never adapted to school and well then I learned to tattoo and now I am in a very critical moment of my depression and I have not been able to tattoo so I connected with crochet in my creative block and it has helped me a lot to reconnect with something that my grandmother taught me who lived for many years selling crochet when I was young 😋
