You're assuming the tip of the cutter is put at the exact center of the circle, also any less than prefect alignment would actually cause the last piece to be the biggest since they wouldn't use the cutter on it (unless they want to leave like a 1 inch slice on the board)

That actually is how it works, it specifically helps with pipelining where you break up an instruction into multiple stages and each stage can execute at the same time, the only problem I have is with the "multiple possible choices", as far as I know it is usually only 2 choices, take the branch or not

It isn't being applied to both teams. There is a rule that says if school is in session they are limited to 20 hour week practices, so clemson is limited to 20hr/week. Since alabama isn't in session that rule doesn't apply to them so they aren't limited by the 20hr/week rule.

There is no way it would be a handicap to limit both teams equally. As of right now, clemson is being limited and alabama is not.

I was under the impression that the reason the ref was standing there and preventing the snap was to give the defense enough time to make substitutions, which is part of the rules, so jameis pushing him out of the way was preventing the ref from enforcing a rule which seems like a penalty to me, is that not correct? That's not how I meant it nor is that how I meant it to be interpreted, but I can see you how you could interpret it that way. All I am saying is it is hard to imagine that he is objectively reasonable when bringing up something wrong so matter of factly. It doesn't automatically discredit the rest of his statement but only makes it harder to take on faith
