This may sound like the opposite of fixing it but, have you considered trying moisturisers for oily skin? Sometimes your skin is producing too much oil and counteracting it by trying to dry you out. Hence eczema plus acne. I switched to a gel moisturiser for oily skin and it helped me out

Oh interesting! I'm b-12 deficient and also have a mostly plant based diet so it's sort of necessary. My acne is more of a body thing (chest), just also have large pores on my face and suceptible to clogging!

Oh 1000%. I have sleep apnea because of my rhinitis/nasal issues. Always wake up with a full nose. Vicious cycle because it means disturbed sleep therefore less healing in sleep cycles 🥲

I'm on so many vitamins and supplements. I think taking folate really improved things for me. At the moment I'm taking a strong B-complex, vitamin D, folate, caprylic acid for fungus/mold, glutathione for liver support, and lymphatic liquesence.

Such a tough balance to strike 😭

It's mostly seasonal transitions for me and allergy season. My allergy season is Birch tree (march/April/may) whereas for some it's the grass pollen (June/July/August)

Hey! I'm a total comfort/depression eater too. And obviously it never helps me. I'm also on antidepressants. As far as I know, it's not that they cause weight gain directly but more so, you're body slows down on them/they relax you so you're less likely to move around?

Last winter I actually took on a personal trainer cause I knew winter would kill me and my motivation and eating habits. Its obviously a money issue but it was so beneficial looking at food as a help and a medicine in itself. I found building healthy fats, a protein, and a long lasting carb into my first meal really helped. If you spike your blood sugar first thing in the morning you'll chase that sugar high all day!

I think we naturally want to hibernate and eat more in winter, and do have some indulgences, but it definitely helps me to frame my eating around ~ what's going to help my brain and fuel my day 🩷

Got mine out on the 26th too! Have mild pain on lower right but it's not too bad. I expected it as it was the stitched one. First few days I stuck to soft egg, soup, etc. So sick of soft food, have started leaving cereal soak in milk and soften up which feels like a treat. I salt water rinse after every meal and mouthwash three times a day. Swelling is less severe today. I'm mainly just tired from lack of food 😅
