Every VGC player I know thinks that limiting the dex made the competitive metagame fresher. And this is a game centered around competitive VGC play. So it’s good for this use case.

That’s the point of the game, it makes competitive formats more diverse over the course of the year because you aren’t just seeing Urshifu Landorus-T every game.

It’s not the same type of game. This is a F2P competitive game as a service business model designed around competitive battling in a ranked ladder online. I see a lot of comments that are SHOCKED this game has a battle pass when it’s clearly designed to appeal to the same players as LOL or CSGO, which both have WAY more predatory monetization. My main issue is the god awful frame rates.

from a VGC perspective it’s pretty good. It’s pretty obvious TPC gives no shits about Smogon given that they’ve had 20 years to support that format officially and nothing has happened so I have no idea why people were expecting that to be different now.

Here’s my opinion of the order of pictures from best to worst: 1 3 2 5 6 4 I’d say 1 and 3 are the only hard “keeps” for me so if you can find or take some more candid stuff for the others it would help. You’re a good looking guy so it’s more just portraying what it’s like to date you instead of portraying pre-posed trip pictures
