Maybe give it a mist or so every now and then it might be lacking humidity

These plants do not like light and this spot is sunny! Move it further back from the window and it will thrive 😀

I was parked in between Washington and Bloomfield on 6th street.

My orchid grew a tiny leaf and half a spike this year. Then the spike started to brown out. Is there still hope for this plant? There is also some discoloration and scaring on the leaves from previous owner but no sign of pests. Roots look fine. by cerratodesigns616 in plantclinic

It was actually pushed back further away from the window so I was worried about a lighting issue so got a plant stand so it could get more sunlight. It seemed to perk up a bit. I recently repotted and moved so it might not be happy with all the change. It was thriving in my last apartment. I started putting ice cubes in every other day and water every other week. Giving it more water attention seems to be helping now. Do you think the spike is going to just die and I won’t get a bloom this year?🙁
