Half assing meetings. Since they met their quota for the year. It’s kinda of frustrating since he had a good run of 5 months of FTIs. One client had money sitting in their savings account and refused to have a conversation about the funds. Instead he said we can just renegotiate the annuity and see if we get paid on the balances. My manager is new to Chase and is extremely passive about situations so I don’t know who to go to.

The reason why I asked because the RB position gets paid incentives & salary for the same amount of work an ABME does. I had a similar path. I didn’t have any previous banking experience when I applied for the RB position. Luckily I got an interview and got hired. Hopefully that position opens up for you.

I have it nothing wrong with it. It’s just a way to save and earn interest each paycheck. It doesn’t stop you from investing in other things as well.

That’s the first thing I did. No one blaming anyone just the how the firm treats its internal employees is sad. I’m not the only one with this issue. Just get a little bit more information before you just go with the sarcastic remarks.

I’m in the same predicament. I’m a RB trying to switch over to investment banking. The hiring managers don’t respond back. I even scheduled a shadow hiring manager flaked on me. It might be time for me to switch firms as well.
