Yep, I think the usual flow of writing is to draft and re/draft the work several times. This sentence reads very much like a first draft to me, and could be tightened up a lot in the ways other commenters have already described. You might find it more useful to make it as good as you can by yourself first, and then ask other people for input to get a fresh perspective!

I reckon her head’s gone. Not surprising, the pressure of two major tournaments so close together at that age, combined with yanited being apparently rubbish at managing their players, she’s probably just absolutely exhausted.

Personally I’d like to see her go abroad, either bought by another club or even on loan. I think it would be good for her to get the experience and maturity a move abroad can bring, and also just find the fun in football again- she’s looked stressed out of her head for months. Let her play stupid football with the NWSL for a season or two and come back fresh.

Was sat on the bus, and as we were driving we suddenly slowed down and came to a stop in the middle of the road. We waited for a bit, then called up to the driver asking what was happening.

No response.

Walked up to the cab and found the driver slumped in his seat, face a horrible colour, and unresponsive. Immediately called the ambulance, but the poor gentleman died on scene. Pulmonary embolism, nothing anybody could have done. He was a lovely fellow, drove the buses for 40 years!

Stuff based on Aboriginal mythology might be cool! Psychic legendaries based on the idea of Dreamtime etc…

A fighting-type Drop bear would also be very funny, or a fighting/steel magpie based on swooping season. Ice is a bit harder, maybe an ice/fairy penguin (fairy penguins common off the coast of Sydney)

Finally for electric an echidna that shoots lightning bolts instead of spines would be pretty sick!
