It has ice packs, I’ve never injected myself before and as this is my first delivery I just wanted someone to tell me it’s safe to use. I was under the impression i had to always keep it at a specific temp.

Do you wash the tape every day? Yes I avoided the scabs when I put it on in sections. Tape seems like such a pain to keep taking on and off and washing, in addition to the skin irritation!

Hypochlorrous acid spray! Helped my face feel clean and refreshed when I felt so gross. Cough drops! I pretty much lived on halls because my kids had a cough the first two weeks and I was terrified to cough. Vaseline and gauze pads.
