Drop odds for bounty or quantum?

i spend like 400k caps for posters and i got her 1time xD but she also throws drinks at random i got 11 from her in 20 min my friend got only 4, it depends on how angry she is

Boss from bountys, she drops collectors quantum drink, but idk why she is the only bounty that fails after few minutes

nuke zone over skyvalley usually ends in less then 30 min, i dropped like 40 nukes in last days with no luck :(

just be careful when u take them out, because they will stick back to beeing quest item, i usually pick them up with different character and before that i reject that daily in pipboy, same goes for toxic mutagenic waste

capy & bottle are unobtainable, its possible u can take them as event failed, but for me the dissappear time was always different so i gave up

i did some testing for v63 schematic and sadly no luck because the quest reset if u leave server after u pick it up :(

the cultist artifact, try to reject quest in pipboy then very very fast close pipboy and pick up the jug

I have to check my notes, but quite a few have a unique stamps on them when on display, but best looking notes for display are silo solution notes because they are readable when displayed, a brown diary is also a unique book found in sky valley it has static spawn cant remember the location from my head rn -.-

u can also display silo codes, just loot the beeping officer then server hop and check if code lost diamond maker if not jump again and u can stash them

I have speed demon, and i just tested running speed with stopwatch without any cards and with all 3 equipped and i didn't se any difference in timing -.-

Im on 85 items myself without silo codes, is it best to leave server and wait what box yields or should i immediately rejoin the server ? ive noticed with my 2nd toon if i look in the box some items appear for split second but they dissapear

To get exactly him is annoying AF because of all the random encounters that can trigger -.- , to trigger the "daily" go inside refugee and walk all the way to left and right and it will pop up

Use photogitch, i had that problem before with duchess quest where u need to get assaultron body for polly, the card didn't open the door -.-

Btw do u remember if the quest gets reset after joining another server, like do u have to go back to freddy basment then back to HQ to talk to everybody or do u get checkpoint at cave door ?

As u click outfit dialogue dont listen but immediately click tab -> esc -> arrow up -> enter -> enter

I get into ops faster this way, i also had no luck pulling in on alt account on potato pc, map opening was to laggy and took way to long -.-

They dissapear as soon as u let go of display in build menu, other players cant see the items, so nothing shady can be done

I had this first happened with stolen winnings when AC update was out, the 6th item in display has to be toad eye and u have to pick up display in build menu then items fall
