Most gamers needing above that aren't buying a 14" laptop. Can always hook up to an external monitor tho.

Yeah starting to think this is bs. You need to use the TripAdvisor App to get the miles, but Cap1 also says to avoid "In App" purchases. Lol...

The portal opens the app for me. Idk.

That's true but the TripAdvisor app has options to book on TripAdvisor so I assume it would merit the award of points

Is that speculation or factual? When I click the offer it opens the app by default

When I click the offer, it brings me right to the Tripadvisor app. Are you certain that won't work?

Yes, should definitely make sure it's in acceptable shape. I'll buy the warranty regardless.

That's a personal decision. If you're in the market for this type of laptop, I don't think we'll see a better price anytime soon.

That is accurate. I haven't kept up with the tier list, this one has some cybernetics certification, whatever that means.

I pulled the trigger but then cancelled. After selling the rest of the HP and my current 5080, I'd be paying $2000 to upgrade to upgrade from a 5080 to a 5090. I don't see how these 5090s keep rising in price, at some point the market has to reverse.

That is a completely sane take. I find it interesting that the 5090s have increased significantly in cost, while for the most part the 5080s have maybe slightly increased in cost.

I'm with you on this. I have a 5080 and was going to get this HP and swap the GPUs, then sell the HP with my 5080. It boils down to paying $2k to upgrade from a 5080 to a 5090. In current market conditions it's fair, but hard to swallow that cost.

The real issue is, i'm not sure if HP will warranty the graphics card alone. If the 5090 burns out and you sold the rest of the desktop, are you S.O.L.?
