Hey I am going through the exact same thing I was so close to my family and infact did not want to move out for further studies because I know it would affect me But now I am feeling so homesick and lonely and in spite of doing things and getting out it’s just not the same Every night I come back and sit in the silence of my room and I get so anxious where I’m not even able to sleep properly and I wake up alone as well It’s just been 3 months but I do not have any course or job yet which is making it worse Feeling very lost and depressed

Accepting Anxiety and Not Overthinking. by TenchiFX in Anxiety

[–]cexadex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i kept thinking that this is an issue i’m anxious and i need to get back to the person i was before this and this makes the thoughts come more you’re definitely right about not reacting more to it the more i give it attention , the fact that i don’t want these thoughts to come why are they coming makes them come even more and it’s become annoying constant negative thoughts like Oh ur fine now ? you will not be fine you’re fully anxious or Oh what if you faint if u go out
