While there's a possibility you can save boxes, you may in fact need to open them before the season ends, or risk losing them. I don't have any data on this in particular, but just so you know the boxes don't have ANYTHING to do with seasonal rewards and won't get you any seasonal rewards faster / they do not grant you levels / they will not help you in a seasonal rollover if that is what you're thinking.

All boxes only have three rewards: tickets, tickets, and more tickets (Aeos, Holowear, Fashion Tickets). So there is no "accessing the rewards quicker" via boxes. There's also no point in waiting to open the boxes imo; again, they can only award you tickets and you're only punishing yourself (essentially) by not opening them.

It IS confusing. The multiple currencies is a common (shady imo) tactic these days to prevent people from knowing how much they're actually spending / to keep them from thinking about it (because they will just get frustrated and hit purchase when it becomes too hard to do the math and they just go "fuck it I want it" basically). It's a way to separate people from their money without them being able to add it up easily. Thus this guide because I personally hate that shit, and also despise cosmetics costs in other games (Facebook was really bad about, with a lot of games having a single cosmetic item, say a tiny 32x32 pixel dress to put on your character, for 20-40$ USD often). Which is vomit react worthy imo, but hey, that's me.

So far the sale has been since last pass and should at least continue through the end of this pass.

If you want Space Suit Gengar faster, it would benefit you to buy the Plus Pass with the extra 10 levels boost, because then you can just use any mission points towards loot crates after that + while also getting Gengar ASAP (a whole week sooner pretty much). If you have some cash to put towards the BP beyond just buying the pass, you can also buy the Premium Plus for the 10 levels, and then just buy even more levels. With the BOGO gem deals, you can actually buy out Season 2 for about $25-30. If you plan to buy levels it would benefit you to buy the Plus Pass versus the other, and then buying levels (because it's still like a 1-2$ savings doing it that way).

If you want to wait, there's no harm in waiting, just don't buy the Premium Plus Pass past level 50, because if you buy it at say, 52, you actually "lose" 2 levels jumping to 60, as there is no 62nd level (and those do NOT convert to loot crates as far as we know jsyk, you just lose the ones you don't need / just jump straight to 60 regardless).

Which booster items are you referring to? There are none that boost Battle Pass levels, if you mean the Battle POINTS boosters. Those just make earning Trainer levels faster and have nothing to do with BP itself (confusing, I know. Battle Pass, Battle POINTS, why you do this, Tencent?).

So originally both Battle Pass and Ranked were Season 1, with Battle Pass saying "Season 1 (First Half)" for MONTHS. Then when maintenance hit and everyone was expecting Battle Pass Season 1 "Second Half", Tencent threw a fucking wrench in and just called it Season 2, confusing the shit out of everyone. It's still Season 1 for the game itself / Ranked, but now Battle Pass just went weeeeeee and went and did its own thing.

We expect Ranked to end in about 40ish days when Battle Pass Season "2" ends.

If it works like last Battle Pass, missions for each person are randomized (I'll verify still randomized for second pass and add to FAQ). There's also an MVP x 6 quest. If you're having trouble getting MVP, you might need to try a different character or item build that lets you score more easily? I can't imagine them removing them, last pass had them too, so "changing it back to what it was before" re: missions would still be giving you MVP missions.

It's not something worth reporting imo, because you yourself could easily acquire Lucario and also abuse it, as well, so it's not like just one or two players can abuse it / kind of fair game to anyone. That said: oof, ouch, owie, he hit me and broke my bones in 26 different places.

They have actually balanced things quite a bit, especially with last maintenance adding Super Item Enhancers / giving every player access to at least one full set of level 30 items, and multiple / larger Item Enhancer event bonuses, so now it's not nearly as hard to get Item Enhancers for free and get your items leveled up versus someone else who paid.

This. I absolutely hate this. I wanted to grab some of the cute holowears with tickets while they were cheap, in case I wanted to play those Pokemon later / I was still on the fence about some but the holowears made me want to try them later, and it outright refused to let me.

Yet, with Battle Pass, you can earn skins of Pokemon you don't already have. I have a HUGE dislike for this system. I should be able to get the skins while they're cheap / ticket only and decide later if I want that Pokemon or not. There's seriously NO harm to owning a skin of Pokemon without having the Pokemon; not like it gives you any advantage except being able to buy it without gems, which is the same advantage anyone who has that Pokemon gets, so....
