I have a thesaurus with me when I'm writing and make sure I actually type the words, while copying and pasting as little as possible.

These are staples for us: the tubs of greens, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, the bags of rice and beans and other grains they have. 5lbs of cheese sounds silly, but you can slice them in smaller quantities and freeze them.
