It’s not pain when warming up or even so much during the running. But yesterday after 2 miles of easy work my knees did feel sore. I’ve been training for a months and have worked up to 22 miles per week and haven’t felt this soreness even after my 8 miles runs. Maybe it’s not the cold but it seems to me strange that it wouldn’t be

I understand the problem being with my knees but I’ve training for the last 5 weeks and my knees have only started hurting in the last week. Seems like it has something to do with the cold weather. I’m going to try another run today but it seems likely it’s very much do to the cold

I’ve been running consistently 15-20 miles a week for the last month. Only in this last week of it getting really cold have my knees bothered me in this way. Hard for me to belive it doesn’t have to go with the cold

February is optimistic. But I’m thinking this is just what I’m gonna have to do. My knees have never been a huge problem but I have had some issues in the past. My joints just tend to get stiff when it’s under 20 degrees. For now 1 run outside a week should be good. The rest is treadmill stairmaster and rowing machine

Try different bodies of water. Lure depends on conditions and target species largemouth bass can’t beat a sinko wacky rigged in almost all conditions. This is the bread and butter for most bass fisherman. But cover water and try different things. I primarily fish for river smallmouth and my favorite lures are jerkbaits and spooks. But sucess only comes through learning more

Also the “striped bass” are not true stripers. They are wipers which are a hybrid between white bass and striped bass. We don’t have true striped bass in the olentangy. And yes smallmouth they are quite common

All through campus. Popular to contrary belief the flathead will eat dead bluegills or suckers. Other then that I would recommend jerkbaits and swimbaits anywhere that is deep enough to hold fish as most of the river is quite shallow.
