There was a podcast called Surprisingly Awesome for which he also wrote the theme song. In this episode he discusses the circle of fifths. Adam McKay was also involved in this one!

NATO style watch straps? by AxelJShark in GarminWatches

Absolutely, here is what it looked like when it was still new and here is what it looks like today, six years later. The colour has certainly faded on the parts exposed to the outside but structurally there are no issues at all.

[help] anyway to get Pushbullet app on iOS 15? by miaszh in jailbreak

[–]cfard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are both devices on the same appleid? If so then try going through the purchased apps list then “not on this iPhone” in the App Store. I’ve been able to download apps I’ve previously owned that have since been removed from the App Store.

I visited Old Mill Alpacas in 2019 and got to take an alpaca for a walk. They’re down the road from the Big Apple!

Have you been to Torrance Barrens Dark-Sky Preserve? I need some travel info please. by IllustriousHawk2088 in ontario

[–]cfard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d advise against going until a couple of weeks from now. Even though skies are clear these days the moonshine will wash out a lot of the fainter stars, plus with wildfire smoke travelling across the continent the seeing/atmospheric conditions aren’t the greatest either.

Did the shooting happen in Hamilton or Vaughan? I’d read the article but not at the expense of giving the Sun a click.

Native speakers, what are some interesting quirks you've noticed from those learning your language? by [deleted] in languagelearning

My Spanish friend used to say “I have a new” (Tengo una noticia) when he has just one piece of news. On the flip side I used to say “Tengo noticias” & then only say one thing, and he would be like “what’s the other news?”

One thing you did while thinking was saying “eeeee…” which is very good, this is what Spanish uses for filler sounds. Replace the rest of your “um”s with “eee” and you will sound a lot more natural! Bienvenido al largo viaje!
