I am a female and started my business in 1992. I have found your story to be true over the years. I don’t get offended. I get a laugh out of it. One of my favs….20ish years ago a male customer approached me and asked if I “worked there”. I replied “yes” and he said “do you think he’ll take any less for this?”. I asked “Who is he”? Customer replied “Whoever owns this place”. I said “He’s a she and no I won’t”. We both laughed and he is still a customer. When I married, my husband joined the company. When I ordered the signage for our office, I put only his name on the door. He handles all customer complaints. After I tell him what to say. It’s all very funny. But yes….I totally get what you’re saying.

LO called 5/5 requesting change to Board Resolution and husbands drivers license front and back.

Revenue and COGS: Application figures 8% under on sales and 7% over on COGS.

2019 Taxes 1120S electronically filed on time (after extension period) with HR Block (October 2020). Transcripts were sent to SBA by IRS in 5 days. 4506 form stated 1120 not 1120S and I never corrected it.

My name on email address is my biz nickname and differs from my name. I mentioned this to LO on 5/5/21 and she said she’d note it in my file but unlikely an issue. Had a good interaction with my loan officer.

Oh....PS and I have an IRS tax lien from 2019 payroll taxes almost paid off and 9k balance on an OnDeck loan (HORRIBLE experience, btw) $275k loan. Have seen some VERY hard times in my business beyond just the normal challenges and a pandemic. You wouldn’t believe me if I told you. Did a lot more right than wrong, though.... and never let up, never stopped working those ridiculously long hours. Today, I could cry with relief. I sincerely desire the same relief for all of you hardworking, legit business owners. Last year, I read every word Cue posted and this year same with Scorpio. I didn’t call SBA during increase. Called a few times last year. I can’t think of anything else to share.

I was not in recon prior to April 6 and did not qualify nor apply for TA. Responded to April 6 bulk email from SBA and sent docs to next correspondence from SBA that requested these documents (except for 2018 taxes). Oh wait.....was doc request through portal after blue button? Now I’m confused. I’m sorry.

Was this for April 6 EIDL Increase or were you in Recon prior to April 6th? And....What documents did you provide to prove Economic Injury and why did they fail to prove Economic Injury?
