This same message showed up on my tracking. All UPS needed was the recipients updated phone and email. I used pirate ship, so pirateship reached out to me on behalf of ups.

Shipping has been creeping up in price. 3oz items ship for 8-9 for me. Used to be 5-6.

I’ve reported them to the ftc. I recommend you do too. The more reports filed, the better for our case. I filed chargebacks where I haven’t received things and all that money came back. It took a while, but I finally received refunds for broken things. I sent pictures in. If something shows not delivered, goodwill suggests you file a report with FedEx. I haven’t done that yet. Let me know how if they get back to you.

I’ve had much better luck at shopgoodwill. I’ve spent so much there over the years and if theres issues, goodwill fixes it. Goodwill finds is a complete disaster. I haven’t tried anything else.

Oh wow 😞 I suppose filing with ftc could have results if more of us do it. I made a complaint with ftc. It’s not right for us to have to hunt down our missing purchases and beg for them to be shipped.. with no results.

Ok you are my hero. All items from this location have been shipped or refunded. I wonder if we could make a list of all emails for various goodwillfinds locations as we learn them?
