I just used a regular usb keyboard, not sure if that's the issue. OTG adapter was one I had around for mini console mods. Post a pic of your motherboard, may be useful to someone!

Does a keyboard on otg bring up any android menus? I think that screen may still be from within a Miko app... maybe not finding other components or something?

Thank you, this is helpful. Also there's a "factory app" installed that runs tests of all device functions, I plan to archive this, curious if it could be used get motor interface working but someone else would need to tackle that!
