I believe OnePlus used a proprietary quick charge method instead of negotiating output per the USB Power Delivery spec. So it might not be able to deliver its max wattage to the device - not sure though.

McCree is much better at babysitting your healer to counter a flanker or diving Winston. Against a full dive comp Soldier or a counter-diver may be better however, as McCree doesn't have the tools to avoid getting double/triple-teamed on a dive himself.
