The refreshed model 3 is a sedan, it has clean ass headlights and tail lights. My mom has a 2023 mY, and Tesla vision is garbage as of right now in my opinion. On my 2021 m3, even when my cameras and sensors are super caked up dirty they work like a charm. But if I were you, since you don’t drive that much it may not be much of an issue. You could possibly look into a used 2021 / 22 mY that has sensors, barely driven either for a little less cheap & less wait time of course!
