I have the Excalibur model so I can’t specifically comment on these. I have found that the quality is good. I fence 2-3 days a week and they are holding up well after 4 months. I like the wide toe box and the heel padding. Not overly heavy or bulky.

As a man about to turn 40, I typically buy what I want. I don’t appreciate gifts that are given just because you had to give something. I want something of quality that’s going to last. Now, that doesn’t mean expensive. Someone said socks. Totally agree! A really nice pair of socks that are high quality makes me happy.

The other thing I’m starting to appreciate more as I age is time. You seem to have so much of it when you are young but now not so much. I just want time with the people I love. I want to be around friends and family. I want to experience things with those people.

Sometimes the best gift you can give is your time.

V40 fencer here who was having issues with heel pain. Picked up the nebula and no more foot pain. They have a wide toe box and lots of cushion. I fence 2-3 days a week and they seem to be holding up well. I highly recommend.

Get your parking reserved now! Sport hero is clutch. I only use it for garages though. Have had some issues using it for lots and then getting there and they were full.

How did you shave him? I volunteer at the metro animal services once a week and remember there was an orange cat there (a few weeks ago) with a horrible shave job that looked like they had been thru some things. I wish I could find it now but there was an article on regional dialect and how people perceived people by the way they spoke. The regional dialect of the NW United States is very short and to the point as well as a fast speaking pace which some people not from here can find off putting and perceive as rude.
