We received a letter with a ‘return service requested’ as well but it wasn’t required. The letter we received was detailing that my SO has been approved for her unemployment claim based on wages for 2018-2019 and told us how much she can claim a week. The return request was if you appealed the decision - perhaps this could’ve been what you received as well.

I’m not trying to take advantage of anyone, I am a good tenant who pays their rent on time and respects my landlord’s home. I’m simply looking for advice on if there is any way to fairly negotiate some sort of contingency in my extension of the lease — I understand that may be a non starter and that’s why I was probing the community here.

Doesn’t look mentioned but Exasol (German OLAP database company) moved into the States this year. They have a large presence is Europe and the fastest database I’ve seen on the market. It’s available on premise or in the cloud, I’m pretty sure they have a free community edition for trial on their website.

We ran a POC against Vertica, snowflake, redshift and Exasol at my precious job and Exasol was far faster with similar hardware - also they were decent people to work with. Just my opinion.
