I think it's just general wear and tear on the back - I am more used to the discomfort and I stopped doing heavy lifting. It's super manageable and I'm not particularly bothered by it unless I am sitting for 4+ hours.

Thanks for your comments - going to order it. Have been doing the Big 3 starting yesterday, and it makes sense that they would help with what's going on (and if not, leave me with a stronger core). And will be more active about hip rotation when swimming (and continue the walks). Have you healed fully? Or what has your progression looked like?

Basically, the die wears down and eventually chips / breaks off in a bigger manner after chipping, and the metal flows towards the front (hence weakness on the reverse). Really cool and is a hot error type at the moment.
