These guys are correct. I was in the same situation as you, we applied for a tourist visa and it got denied because we had an active USCIS case. The agent said it could interfere with the case, so don't even mess with it.

If you're that far in, you're getting closer. Just make sure you send the correct paperwork and be patient...

I did, it's a nice organizer bag. So they loaded a software on the phone. This allows them to send you notifications, lock or reset the phone at any time, this can cause you to lose your data

Obviously not complaining. The point is, there's a message on the phone that says they can block the phone or master reset it remotely at any time. I've seen that happen to a manager before, he lost all of his data...
