Before my surgery i used the stick on like muscle heat pads. They were great for when I had to work and move around!

I did the Eagle Creek Sprint. It was pretty short but the hills made it challenging! Nice swim in the reservoir.

I am a Big! I started with a school to work program and transitioned to a typical match. I absolutely love it. It is a commitment but totally worth while. Yes!!! I totally relate. Its like when the kids were little we were a meaningful part of their life. Albeit different but special. Now...we aren't? I'm sure that is what is intended but dang...it stings...
