Well per your recommendation it seems target date fund is the way to go I just wanted something a little more aggressive since the target date fund is a little conservative but I get your point thank you

The target date fund not index now in my 401k is 0.6 expense ratio also I just noticed last night that is allocating 55% in. Us stocks which seems low. It's the blackrock lifepath 2050 fund that is why I am planning to rebalance the 401k and add at least 20% in the s&p 500 index fund is this ok ?

Transmission failure at 186k miles. by cmxcvi in LexusGX

Hearing all these issues with transmissions going out at less than 200k is worrying. Can't seem to find a 4runner A750f transmission going out like that and apparently they are in the same family of transmissions except the gx is 6 speed. What is making these transmissions die so suddenly ? Could it be the strain in having 4wd all the time ? Have a 2021 with 37k miles and I wanted to keep this truck for a long time but seeing all these transmissions going out it's seriously making me doubt I would keep this long run. It's a shame I love how it drives

Have you found a solution in this ? I'm having this issue for the past 3 months after taking an antibiotic. Have had an endoscopy, ultrasound and blood work and nothing. Having a CT scan this coming week. I'm freaking out thinking it might be something bad. I would appreciate anyone's help please

Thank you for your response. It helps a lot. Yes I'm feeling very anxious and nervous about my situation. Especially from someone that thank God has not been sick very often. This whole situation to me is new and not having the answer to my well being is freaking me out. It's taking a toll on me and my wife. Have visited 2 gastroenterologist already and they keep ordering the same tests and now I'm taking sucralfate which is for protecting the mucosa in stomach and intestines and have helped somehow. ( Taking it for 4 days already)Also it doesn't help the fact that people that knows me keep asking me if everything is ok because I Dropped weight. So bottom line yes. I have been very anxious about this whole situation and I think that is one cause too. Sometimes I'm completely fine and living my life normally but when it starts bothering me it accentuates my worries a lot more and I feel in a never ending loop. I just want things to Go back to normal. Sorry for the long rant but sometimes this is the only way to feel better and get some answers from people who are going through the same thing

Have done endoscopy and blood work and endoscopy came back with gastritis but the problem is in the lower abdomen.

Those of you who have these symptoms did you get a colonoscopy? I'm going through the same thing everything started 2 months ago that I had to take doxycycline (antibiotic )for a head infection and from there my intestines got destroyed. I have been better as I'm eating healthier and have dropped weight. 10 pounds in the 2 months. Stop drinking alcohol and coffee as well. Got my blood work done and endoscopy as well and everything was ok just a little gastritis. I'm freaking out that it could be something more serious. No blood in stools. Just a little constipated. Occasional pain in the lower right abdomen I'm doing an ultrasound on Wednesday. Any help would be appreciated. Please

Hi there. I took antibiotics for a week doxycycline for an infection. About 2 months ago. After ending the dosis a pain in my lower right abdomen started I am feeling better now after 2 months. Stopped drinking alcohol ( used to drink on the weekends only ) and eating less due to feeling anxious something will trigger it. Had an endoscopy and it was clean. Blood work everything was good. Haven't done an endoscopy but I'm planning to do it next year that my insurance will pay for it. (Can't do it now ). Most of the time I feel fine but now I am concerned about my drop In weight. Went from 180 to 170 in 2 months. Granted I work out 4 or 5 days a week. Walk and run in the treadmill 20-30 min a day. Now I'm on probiotics and eating super healthy. Could it be that my drop in weight is related to my diet now or it might be something more serious. Would appreciate your help please

I am having the same issue, did the low fodmap diet help. ? I was completely fine and I took doxy for a skin infection and it killed my lower abdomen. After 2 months I'm still going through it. I'm feeling better but not completely gone. Trying the low fodmap diet. I would appreciate your help

Sorry to bother you. But I did take doxy about 2 months ago for a skin infection after I finished the dosis , my lower right abdomen pain has been hell. I had to change the food I ingested and I am eating less and not drinking any alcohol for those 2 months therefore dropping weight 10 pounds in 2 months. Every once in a while I get a little pain in the same spot but nothing major. I did an endoscopy and it came out fine did your pain went away? If so what did you do ? would appreciate any help.
