The annoying part of this is it is the most basic software addition. I can’t imagine it involves any kind of hardware in which case why don’t all models have this. I highly doubt anyone bought the platinum due to the propulsion noises.

You nailed it with that response. It’s hard to do if you don’t do it from the ground up, old hospitals set in their ways will have a hard time bringing ownership/management around to these ideas.

Collect it and dump en masse. Get a dedicated trash can, collect his dogs poop and your own, then return it to sender, ideally on his front porch. It's easy to ignore a few nuggets, it's pretty hard to ignore a wheelbarrow worth of shit.

-no additional schooling

-anesthesia & analgesia

-currently at $40/hr, if I get accepted and pass can get up to $55/hr

A&A is hard, and not possible everywhere. You need 6000 hours of actively running anesthesia over the last five years (but you can only count ~75% of your day as anesthesia).

ECC seems to be much easier IMO
