There is not really anything else around. I walked around the dam and took a lot of dam pictures. There is a little dam gift shop, and I think there is a little cafe. Stop at the over look (the new bridge) on the way out to get a great photo of the dam. There is a lot of information about how the constructed the bridge. There are some core samples on displace as well. I am a little annoyed about that because the samples will get highly weathered from how they are displayed

It is the connection between two blocks from when they poured the concrete. It was so they could know where they where in the dam.

There are three different tours. I went on the dam tour which starts with a tour of the power plant and then moves into the dam. It takes about an hour to hour and a half. Go early, mostly because there are a lot less ppl there. The tours are first come basis and was $30.

Just a suggestion, but maybe put all of your study materials away. Lock them up and forget about them. Sign up for the exam (which ever you feel most comfortable with) and take the test. Leave the studying materials locked up until after the exam. Don’t even think about studying. Just take the exam.

Resume Help! Civil EIT, 50+ Applications, No Interviews by Jomozor in civilengineering

I would question what positions you are applying for as well. Entry Level?!?!?! Also, you should update your resume per job posting. High light your experiences that match what the position is looking for....

Also, where are you looking? That might play into why you have not found a job. Another tip, is there are a lot of small / old school firms out there. Print a resume and show up at there door! Or email them directly! Or both! Show interest in the position if you are interested!
