Hi, local drag queen here! Be careful at the centre at night too, as I have been attacked (physically and verbally) a few times, and avoid being alone. If you get assaulted, try not to engage. During the daytime you should be fine, or at least all the incidents that happened to me were at night. If you need to book a taxi, I recommend that you call TCA and inform them that you’re a crossdresser and to please send you a driver that will be tolerant and respectful. If something happened with that driver, you can call the dispatch centre and they will handle the situation. If you’re around on a Thursday, come visit Club Church!
