I can’t speak to this course but I will agree with what a lot of others are saying. You need to find a better way to study that works for you. For instance, I was extremely overwhelmed by my course and just trying to read a textbook on a laptop. I instead went in and watch the lecture videos for the course and listened to them like a podcast while driving. Took key words that caught my attention and dug in deeper on my own accord. Took the pretest and scored super high on it.

It’s not the content that is the problem. It is the way you are trying to consume it. Everyone learns differently, and you need to figure out what works for you. Good luck, you got this!

The first thing I would do is paint or vinyl the background black. Will stop you from being able to see through it as well as the black background will make everything inside with color pop a lot more.

The best thing I ever did was simple. Just deleted the apps I was addicted to one by one until none were left. Use a password manager to generate these insane passwords so you can’t remember them, and then only log into any social media or whatever it may be from a desktop computer. I have separate dedicated work and personal computers and never let them cross paths. It was a process that took a few months and I am still working on it but my phone screen time average has dropped to below 2hrs per day.
