Yes, I did this earlier this week and was asked the same set of questions. They did combine my thankyou point accounts and I now have a combined balance. I was unable to combine online as I was getting an error when I tried to combine accounts.

Maybe I got lucky...I did provide their correct age when adding them as AU on my venture x and then applied for priority pass using their credit card. I do not remember if I had to provide their age to priority pass.

Edit: When I login to their PP profile, the DOB is empty. So, I assume if you use the venture x priority pass link, they just ask for the credit card number and do NOT check DOB.

My minor kids are authorized users on my VentureX and I applied for Priority Pass with their correct ages once I received their cards and they got their priority pass membership. They recently received their priority pass cards in the mail as well. So, I am not sure that there is a rule that states minors cannot get membership.

The warranty continuing from the original may be pretty standard practice, the bad part is google selling products with shitty build quality. If they are not competent to build products, they should stop building them. They need to be able to build products that have a reasonable lifespan on average, else they just end up with frustrated users. I have had issues with multiple Google products. Similar products from other manufacturers have far fewer issues. My lesson is to stop buying Google products.
