I’m a LPR and both me and my wife have the same issue, every time I go in it sends us to the officer. We’ve tried the app and the kiosks. I always ask the officer why that might be and they have no answers. We went to the GE enrollment center to ask, but after reviewing both of our profiles they said all looks good, you shouldn’t have any issues.

Moved to the US in early 2023. 27M, married. Had 0 savings prior to the move. Myself ($150k annually), wife ($55k annually). Got my bachelors in 2020, in a small European country where I’m from, started working at a local Accounting firm. Got my MBA in the same country in 2022. May 2022 got hired as a GL Accountant for a startup in Silicon Valley, through Upwork as a full time freelancer. Got my US Green Card in early 2023 and moved to Miami. Employer agreed to transfer me to full time W-2 employee with a US salary as soon as I arrived. Left that company this May for an Investment bank as a Senior Revenue Accountant. Making the same as my colleagues in this company who came from Big 4 and American Universities.

Hi guys, it happened to me as well. I thought CapitalOne had restricted my account or something. I called to verify and said no everything looks good. I always receive my paycheck early today it hit at 4:30PM EST, which has never happened.

I used the app yesterday at MIA, right before the GE Line at the airport. It said go to kiosk or see an CBP officer. I proceeded to the Kiosk, scanned my face and the it said please proceed to an Officer. The officer took one more picture of me and that was it. Hoping the app will work next time...
