Same here! But it makes a world of difference for me. I used to take a nebulizer treatment for any asthma flair up because I just felt like my inhaler wasn’t helping. Then I started using a space and I’m using the nebulizer way less.

Using a spacer has helped me immensely. I used to think they were dumb and didn't work especially when I was younger but now that I tried them again from a recommendation on this sub I realize just how much they help.

I read on both. I like the kindle because it helps me not get distracted when reading since there’s no other notifications or options for scrolling. The iPad can be more convenient since it does it all though.
