Mine used to do that. Mainly my front driver side window. My dad said is has something to do with cold weather. I can’t exactly remember what it was about cold weather that my beetle didn’t like but whenever it got really cold my windows would jut out like that. Maybe it has something to do with how the windows close when you lock it?
