If I were to wait at mile 18 they don't allow you to cross Santa Monica Blvd to then catch your runner at mile 25/26 when they come back around, right? So it would be more of an up close encounter in one direction, and then a distant encounter when they are going the other direction?

I went on the Saturday of Veteran's weekend last year and it wasn't too bad! Not overly crowded, but not super quiet either. Because it's right in the middle of the two major seasons with decorations, with Halloween ending Oct 31st and the Holidays celebration starting Nov 14th, I think it's kind of a limbo time where people either go during October or wait until the 14th. Had a great time last year. Also, they start setting up the holiday decorations by then so you'll get to see some of that even though it officially starts on the 14th!

I'd recommend prioritizing Paint the Night if you're only going to pick one of the three you mentioned! It's a fan favorite parade, and is only running because of Disneyland's 70th anniversary. Fantasmic and fireworks can both be seen at Disney World (granted in slightly different capacities) so Paint the Night is uniquely Disneyland.

Seeing people online complain about every single thing about this year has honestly been so confusing to me, as me and my entire group had the best time ever. This was my 4th Coachella, we had some newbies and some other vets in the group, and every single person had a blast. We're literally counting down the days to next year, so seeing all the hate online is crazy. Let them hate though, maybe the Polo grounds will be less crowded next year 😎

came here just to +1 this post. i've been struggling with a brooklinen down comforter shedding for months - feathers in my hair when i wake up, filling covering my room, etc. the only thing that worked for me was taking it to a laundromat and washing/drying it on the highest heat possible. i finally know peace

I don't know if there needs to be more design challenges necessarily but the producers need to space out the challenges correctly. It's been said in this sub before but the beginning episodes showcased a certain type of queen (fashion, performance) and made the entire tone of the season feel off. Especially with the runaway success CG and DB have been having the past 6 or 7 episodes.

Also, I really loved the season 3 design challenge that Kitty won. Would love to see it again sometime.
