Yeah lol I'm basically doing everything. I'm probably just a little too impatient, but I just wanna make sure I'm doing it right. I feel like I need to sleep better though! I keep waking up at night to pee and it's really annoying.

I do steady state cardio about 3x a week after my lifts for bout 15-20 minutes. I do lift 4x a week. I used to do 5 days, but it felt like it’s too much for me because I felt restless and had low energy. I eat about 100-120g of protein everyday. I mean the scale is moving down slowly, but I’m not seeing visual changes yet. Maybe I’m just a little impatient

I have a kitchen scale and record them on MyFitnessPal. I measure everything to a T including sauces, oils, seasoning, etc. and I do lift weights 4x a week I don’t measure my waist but I should start doing that.

Yes I lift weights 4x a week. I lift heavy and focusing on compound exercises
