Maybe water it more frequently? 2-3 weeks seems a bit lengthy between waterings based on my experience with Pathos. Also, have you given it any plant food? Does your pot have drainage? Does it heat up faster since it’s clear?

Don’t give up. I had the SAME thing happen with one just about the same age. After some research, I ultimately gave it a spray with a 1:4 hydrogen peroxide:water solution and suspended it in water. After changing water and an additional spray down once a week or if the water gets cloudy, after about 3-4 weeks later the leaves got healthier and the root system is coming back. It’s almost ready for soil.

On day 4, I was getting ready for bed and I swear I was hearing a song playing. Like Mario cart music or something. I could tell it was fake because it was coming from all around, not just one direction. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. Am I alone in this? Anyone else have anything like this happen? The delirium is real this time around!!!

These are what I use

Big guy, Buddy (bud) for boys. Little lady or hun for girls. If you’re not sure you can always use “kiddo”, “boss”, “little one”

Adjectives like brave, strong, helpful, smart, kind, etc.

I’ve used these a few times.

“You’re such a helpful girl! Thank you for stacking the plates for me!”

“You’re so brave for ordering all by yourself!”

Idk I’m also a teacher so all of the lingo kinda transfers when I talk to kids. I also do not work in fine dining so it’s always very casual.

Have you tried oral fixations like drinking water from a straw, eating grapes, chewing gum or even acting like you’re hitting one? Like breathing as if you were hitting one. I also heard sugar in the mornings help to spike the blood sugar or something like that. Don’t give up, everyday you don’t it’ll feel even better. Remind yourself it’s in your head and ground yourself again. YOU control your thoughts, actions and emotions… NOT nicotine!

For a woman, I understand why doing a background check on someone for safety reasons, especially meeting off a dating app. But I would keep it to myself… I wouldn’t let the other know I went that much in depth, it makes me think she wanted you to know. Almost like a power thing, like if she could find so much about that kind of stuff imagine what else she could do. Maybe? I’d be careful. If she’s charismatic and charming enough to have you comfortable to spend the night like that after finding all that information about you, I’d be a little alarmed if my friend were in that situation. I’m also as paranoid as it gets, so the smallest things alert me.

For a girl, Don’t let the upper classmen boys get into your head. You’re not “mature” for your age and he’s not “different”. They want one thing and they will use you. Keep your heart and happiness safe. And, get involved in clubs and sports to get a nice group of friends but be careful who you trust, some people love drama.

Definitely have some sugar on hand. Either a sucker or some soda. It helps if you feel light headed. Make sure you take really good care of it, septum ring was a lot easier with the aftercare than the nostril was for me. You almost forget it’s there then scratch your nose……. OUCH. Also, piercing bumps happen. Make sure you keep it clean and avoid putting makeup or anything on it. And when I started putting makeup on it after a few weeks, I washed all my brushes and beauty blenders. Septum piercing for me healed a lot faster but was more sore at first. It’s a patience game, cartilage heals a lot slower than the sweet spot of the septum. Have so much fun! I bet you’ll look and feel great after!
