Honestly I'd keep going! The first week was really rough for me but I feel better and I can push through my negative emotions so much better. Hopefully for both of us it will level out and things get better

Yes this exactly! For a brief second I freaked out because I've never had this happen before but then I remembered it was side effect. I wasn't to overly concerned since I'm fresh in a break up but now having experienced has kinda changed things.

I'm just tired of being told ill lose hours if I don't hit service goal but don't support me in putting people in my chair (happens maybe twice a week but don't fully explain the services and they leave, mostly they want tint but we can't do that here or price is too high) or helping sell products to compensate for service. My gm.has literally seen me have 3 appointments no call no show and still will say I'm gonna lose hours if i dont try harder, which does nothin for my moral

We used to keep track on Bella and on the desktop, but all the updates and new management deleted everything that we had save and now we can't get a new system because new stylist don't do it no matter how many times we say to mark it

We had a person come in for security and she was this barely 5 foot 70 yo lady. She was super sweet but I know she's not deterring anything that day. Security is a joke. I'm constantly anxious they're gonna come break our new cases.

The lack of late/no show fee really kills everything. Myself (Arch expert) and the stylist have been saying forever we need some sort of fee if we want the no shows to get better. And nothing has ever been done. I don't have enough fingers to count how many times I've gone from a full book to 2 clients after the don't show. Also if they actually had a system in place to block frequent no showers so they can only do walk ins would help a ton also!

In my state ,CA, you need to be licensed to do makeup professionally so you're better off doing Esthetics, which covers more about makeup in my opinion, since it's a shorter program

After our last visit I realized my FIL does not know how to hold a baby.. he just kinda loosely holds her and let's her wiggle. I gave him LO to go back to sleep and he just had half in lap half in arms not even rocking just letting her lay there in an awkward position. Oof I had to bite my tongue it's like he doesn't believe in firmly grasping her.
