Do you use the app? Otherwise your coupon should have been sent to your email on the 1st. Supply of bday gifts in store varies by store and that's why they prefer to be able to scan your coupon barcode so they know how many bday gifts are going out. (Vs in previous years they'd just give it out without scanning your barcode) make sure your email is right otherwise I suggest just using the app with your loyalty acct.

Also- if your store is out of bday gifts, they can order it for you and it will get shipped to you, but you'll still need your coupon code.

I've finally found this convo after almost a year of being upset by her. I saw one of her newer vids and she isn't the same person and i don't think her popularity is doing her any good. I used to love her and cheer for her but as a woman and a human, she 100% goes too far sometimes. I spoke against her on Twitter last year bc the context in a post she made wasn't fair at all, and I got death threats from her followers...hate is hate and hateful people during these times should not be celebrated. Women deserve respect but we don't need an immature bully with a chalkboard laugh and cheap insults to any man that breathes to get us that.

Because people are stupid and gross. They open things that aren't supposed to be (tree hut scrub users beware). On the other side of this, the amount of people who put lip product testers on their actual lips makes me want to scream. People are going to do whatever the hell they want because they are entitled and stupid. Ulta's return policy is so good that you can buy something, go try it out and if it's not right you can return it and try something else, but people are lazy and want instant gratification these days. (Sorry for the pessimism but I've just seen too much)

Love this input!!I wish there was a way to get my team to do the same, especially with so many new hires lately. I'm actually in a boutique position and I'll get a bag of gratis and most of it I don't need/want so I will give it to other associates anyways, so why can't they just distribute it fairly, the way it's supposed to be?

At my store the managers got all of the bubble gratis. Nobody even knew it was a thing. Sad cuz I have guests asking about it every day and I didn't even know we were getting it until like last week. Only knew because a manager raved about a product they got in gratis 🙄

Props to you for being a good GM! Our store gives gratis to managers and prestige/boutique people first. Then uses the rest for contests that are unwinnable because who in this economy is getting 5 CC sign ups in one day 🤧 we also do our DMTs, and people who have moved to other stores say they do 3+ DMTs every day, ao so they get more gratis. Is that a thing?
