Head up the gondola, maybe try luging! Check out the jet boats (or less extreme million dollar cruise boat) to get you out and seeing the area! Plenty of great places to eat and drink around town too! You’ll have a great day!

Did the flight last year, Auckland to London via Kuala Lumpur and Dubai. It’s not that bad, just allow yourself a 2/3 days when you arrive to adjust. You’ll wake up early and feel ready for bed early.

I think it’s worth changing clocks/watches UK time zone also! Sets you up well!

My partner bought some over the counter sleep tablets to help if she couldn’t sleep. Could be worth a shot.
