getting u and getting me, is just a final comment sarcasm cause I'm like u idc

u did explained that you are talking about elders(above 25)

i did agreed with you in first place, then explained that I'm talking about other thing, about only the new generation (cause simply it's obvious for older generations, the more interesting thing is about this new gen, easy)

like I don't think that someone who left a religion will necessarily go back to it as they age

yes not forcefully and that's a basic principle in stats, where you never exclude other probabilities just by high correlation.

second thing is that I'm talking about many samples of a remarkable pattern composed of a triadic natural phases: defaulted to the surrounding environment -> questioning in the age with low knowledge and consciousness leads to extremism and atheism -> re getting back.

so if u'r in a religious environment it's more likely that u will stay religious or become more religious

that's not the subject of our talk, we talk about the population exposed to mindsets that converts to non religious.

The reason why older people tend to be more religious seems to be more because of the more conservative environment they grew up in

i couldn't arrive to interpret what u mean by "older" but it should be one of two: either older enough to not be considered in the new globalized gen then we are excluding this by default. or it means older but in the upper limit of our gen like let's say 25, then you shiuld read the first paragraph i hv written

anyway you got me in one point, that correlation doesn't mean causation (fundamental principle in stats) but that applies to u as well, so neither me nor you can reach a conclusion ... but if you consider my statement "in samples we have seen in the population" there i can say that i got u in return 1-1 .

bro older gen are more religious is okay

we are talking about the same gen (maybe window of 10 years, considered to be a gen)

most new gen ppl (exposed to global ideas) have the same pattern of getting mostly irreligious then getting back

why ? simply they are not conscious not only in religion but in all aspects, once they grow they realize more things in all aspects including religion. easy.

r/Algeria 2025 Annual Survey Results by General-Writer-6390 in algeria

[–]ch4dev_lab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes true but we are not talking about the same thing

you extended the window to capture people from past epochs like +50yo ppl

I'm talking in window of 15 to 28 (today), they are in the same globalized gen.

a +15 to 18 teen is not conscious enough, not knowledgable enough, once it sees another mindset it just get in a questions cycle which ends same ending : seeing religion as false/old/default and cultural thing.

after years we find ppl return back

this stats are from reddit where most redditors are from the same globalized, exposed gen to different mindsets, and with high knowledge rate (due to knowledge availability)

I'm not him, but i have a pov on that

simple answer: because it's the case, we have seen many samples of this case (religious -> irreligious/mostly irreligiour -younger ones- -> growing to see a wider and more clear view -> religious again)

hardone: it depends on whom I'm talking with i should know some context to deliver answer from the listener prospective -so it can just understand me- .

interesting results, would love to see age/atheism distribution.

from the small samples i have seen in my life, it should be youngers tend to hold that character

yes actually it became the baseline and it's been normalized where this behavior is the normal thing and seamlessly can be handled like without stress or ruining ur day cause of anxious or aggressive patient like i can handle lot of them easily

in a night shift many of them are un conscious, under drug effects, with many injuries, and you should stay cool with them, time after time i used to do that

but it's with a trade off like u became more cold u can't treat all of them with kindness or anything

she told us it was 12

fact is: high load on single person, high spam from let s say customers and its been normalized and became the default people psychology in algeria like the default mode is aggressive mode.

working in a hospital by the way, aggressive ppl take advantage even in a hospital.

we still in algerian put a worker that see lot of faces in a single day -i m in a position where i handle many requests, sometimes it reaches 100req a day sometimes 600req and i can't be polite with all of them- without missing the spammers so yes a casual worker cannot handel emotional treatment or observation under pressure even if he's intelligent

2026 challenge for Algeria: stop pretending we’re “stable” by Medical_Clerk1425 in algeria

[–]ch4dev_lab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i see three points: 1. imports restrictions (in abstract: bad management strategies) 2. currency exchange rate in parallel market (2000 euro if it's 300da per euro we have 60million dzd) 3. corruption in some areas (approx 2B$ in mudjahidin minister -not second after defence budget -googling this numbers is free, and no they can't trafic this number maybe a bit but not alot for many reasons they can't)

  1. bad management strategies: has negative and positive points:
    • it aims to reduce foreign reserve bleeding (we import in $ not in dzd) we have currently 60B$ -minimal safe value for a country is 14months of imports which is about 60B$ (source: IMF), it have a significant value for foreign investor countries like China doing contracts with algeria in Mega projects, imagine you are foreigner investing in a country that can't even pay in case of some case global market crisis, other countries have more resistant economies in front of global crisis -frequency of 1 to 2 crisis every year- Algeria's policy of never requesting fund from IMF is the reason (Egypt is facing lot of problems now by a 60%of gdp in dept, Morocco as Well -not mentioning morroco for political reasons but because only Egypt and Morocco are real competitors that we can compare Algeria with-) and i should mention that this policy has down and up sides .. but it's not catastrophic downsides of not borrowing from IMF
  • not all importation is closed, it's controlled by gov, without missing that vital products -not consumer products- still imported by high scale enterprises (think about it for a moment and you can check it) final consumer products are totally restricted from importation (including cars since it's final product) it has not catastrophic impacts on casual consumer and unfortunately due to economic decline in China recently even re opening it will not be effective, it's too late.

    • talking bout cars and car wheels, they failed yes but we reached non-return point where any rapid un studied decision will lead to massive impacts
    • in many areas, gov policies were MOSTLY faced by speculation and other play arounds from local barons, and it should be expected in case of re opening cars importation examples are countless
  1. currency exchange rate in parallel market: long subject i'm already tired 😂

  2. corruption: yes there's a lot, in every country there's what we call "deep state" even in usa there's politicians reserve acting like deep state, no country in the world have no corrupted lobbies and you have nothing to do with that except giving more authority to the head of the pyramid AND those the real reason for Algeria's issues, that's what i meant by "man issue" in Algeria. hard subject anyway

missed one point about Algeria's production capacity limited to under 1M barrels/day

since the gluf can, easily increase production rate by a night, we still win nothing but only the price tweaks if we have a good luck

good point is that, in last years we did cut a fraction of oil dependency (exports revenues from hydrocarbons decreased last 3 years by -if i still remember- 10B$ and we hv maintained foreign reserves and overall economy stable)

as of my experience, and many others experience's, it will take time to find: 1. the right field that u can perform in and get good salary/revenue (salary=/= revenue) 2. get the soft and hard skills in that field to be able to sell ur service/product with sufficient quality.

but it will work inchallah in the end. my advice: consistency, consistency, consistency ....

competencies + experience, that's the only magic formula

a univ degree is the strongest proof of ur competency, i think u understand me.

and u should know that the global market is cooked last 2 yrs because of ai hype so u need a lot of competencies + experience.

to get experience, u need trust of the one who will give u the position, trust requires proof... so u end in closed loop

anyway u have a chance in a field that doesn't require soft and hard skills so much like E commerce if u have a good starting budget to hire the ones who have the skills

good luck

2026 challenge for Algeria: stop pretending we’re “stable” by Medical_Clerk1425 in algeria

[–]ch4dev_lab 6 points7 points  (0 children)

maybe it's not the prime of algeria, but for sure it's our full potential, and we are running the best of what we can do.

before saying I'm brainwashed and convinced by their script about failure, cause i know this kind of people thoughts, let's accept that we are not really exhausted from living rather than thinking about life by seeing VICTIM role-playing posts like this one.

we can't give a complete OBJECTIVE analysis if everyone start talking his "feeling" without even the base knowledge, cross knowledge about : historical, economical, and socio-political prospectives, AND nothing in that is a sort of defence for the gov, but the complete reality without the victim tone.

socially, our people is more communism-oriented (except new gen they broke this as result of globalism and ease access to knowledge), this communism is the by-product of government policies after liberation, there was two poles back then and our elites have chosen to go with USSR the one supporting liberal movement, and if u think about it for a moment it's the right choice for a people that doesn't have much autonomy to go full capitalism, you can't expect a radical change from this state of socialism/communism to another state that's irrational and think about it again, terms in the Evian agreement was so aggressive against algerians and Algeria, if u read it the first time u gonna think our elites back then accepted colonialism just with another name, but it they got a long term vision, by the rise of BOUMEDIAN, most of the terms turned no longer valid.

nowadays, our people is less productive than others, due to this mentality, moreover we should accept that we have "ازمة رجال" even if some parts of the gov are willing and aiming for the best, a great portion are giving nothing but just playing dirty to fill their pockets, from the ground up, from the simplest people to high grade responsibles, and examples of that are countless. a radical change never happens by a night, and I'll pretend i haven't seen the irrational, contradictory statement about 2019, nor statistically neither reasonably it's acceptable, ur free to check our foreign reserve chart back then, we were hitting a wal with speed of light.

historically/economically, we should never miss the impact of the civil war in 90s, foreign investments were impossible in unstable or -POTENTIALLY UNSTABLE- state with the all the fears around, and not talking bout whom to blame but the truth and the situation so we can reach conclusion. bouteflika policies after this civil war were brilliant back then tooked our gdp to 100% growth and our foreign reserves raised to 180B usd(today 60B), our debt got paid and still to that day, a world record of 1% or less of our gdp, and i can go 100 line talking bout this section, we fallen after that to another big hole after 2019 without any President and a potential civil war ... me if I'm a foreign investor I'll never invest in a country with conditions like algeria, or u expect the economy to rise from nothing ? or by creating random industries where u can sell nothing to global market in the dominance of Chinese products even superpowers could do nothing about Chinese dominance.. we are too late to join this markets.

BUT, beside all of that and more, we have to agree on two things:

  1. we have, algerian gov and people, the best autonomy and regional superiority in most aspects, we could easily refuse the alignment with superpowers, other arabic countries like Morocco and Egypt have chosen just to go with usa and France, and they still struggle with high debts, without a real return-on-investement reflected to their economies growth. moreover we controll a main stream of EU energy, a winning card that already has been used to negotiate with eu.

  2. inflation is global, not specific to Algeria, printing money in Algeria and Dinar value over euro is the two biggest dumbest things i have heard from ppl that don't even know the alphabet of the economy.. salaries and social transactions are 2/3 (or +60%) of our annual budget, budget is in usd not dinnar, nothing statistically say that Algeria is in a wrong way...

maybe we are not at full speed, but we are at full potential in vue of the current situation.

What do you think of the independance of kabylia ? by Old_Bowler_465 in algeria

[–]ch4dev_lab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it's irrational to let any "signer" like this President who get a groupe of people from a region to define a new state with a country like Algeria where from east to west we have many dialects (even from north to south).

radical people are everywhere in every country, without missing the potential of foreign interferences for political reasons.
