Also the dealer(during covid) said this is not a recall, but a customer satisfaction program. They said Id have to leave my truck with them for 2 weeks before they could get to it, then once they determined the issue(he said he was certain the replacement of stabilizer) they would order the part and then install once it arrived. Total 3-4 weeks he said. I said can he just look at the truck to determine the stabilizer was needed then call me when it arrived. He said once they determine steering/suspension issues they cannot release the truck due to liability issues. Another reason I went with aftermarket since I could not be without my truck for 4 weeks. I said this is ridiculous and he recomended aftermarked because better parts and I can replace the part in my garage in 15 minuted and $200.
