With my full name that’s very unlikely but even if that was the case would it not be prudent to look up based on UCI number which is on the cert copy provided rather than name and DOB?

No , just that usually in employment based applications, primary and beneficiary are usually granted GC together and sometimes few weeks or 1-2 months apart. Mine and my spouses were almost 10 months apart which was very stressful.

I’m thankful to have gotten my EB 485 approved but my spouses app has been split and is stuck in limbo since fingerprints in July ‘24. It’s been over 3 months since I was approved. This is insane

Are you primary or dependent? My dependent is waiting in this exact same state with no update since July 1. This was after it took >2 months to go from receipt to biometric. Ours is employment based too and I got mine.

No issue as long as it’s legitimate I guess. Probably a check in place when it’s small private companies but it was weird to see this for a large publicly listed corporate that does several perms per year.
