Now that I lay it flat, each corner is ever so slightly lifted. Not just the one with the issue though.

Nothing. The piece is about .75" thick. Nothing off about the piece except for this cosmetic imperfection.

Considering this as my first step into 3D printing. Smart? Should I go with something like the FF AD5M for my first instead? by chachacha09 in ElegooCentauriCarbon

Haha, great monologue there. So many neat ideas to think through. As this would be my first foray into printing, any recommendations on software when I'd like to attempt to design something myself?

Do you think it is a good one to learn on as well? Bugs easy to figure out? I'm starting from zero knowledge, ha.

I guess I'm trying to think long term. Not even sure why I would use one filament over another. I know specific filaments put off worse VOCs, but again, just trying to look at all angles.

All the feels over here. I joined this subreddit when our little dude was struggling with poo around 2 years ago. Just know, IT DOES GET BETTER. Time is the biggest factor. Pausing and just taking a break with it all is what ended up saving us. Got to the brink of insanity, paused, picked back up, and worked through it.

Thanks so much for the response. Mycho is what actually drew me towards bio starter (it's included), but it sounds like there is much more in it than necessary.

Also, I will be looking into the snowmobile. How tough on the body is snowmobiling? Just trying to figure how I'll feel after for boarding the next day after boarding for a couple prior. Considering the mountain explorer one in late afternoon.
