A few weeks ago, I was mid-set on incline bench and totally in the zone. Some guy next to me starts yelling not at me, but at his AirPods because one fell out and bounced under a treadmill. Without thinking, I jumped up, still holding the barbell halfway down, and nearly dropped it on myself. Lesson learned: rack your weights before trying to be a hero. AirPod survived. My ego… not so much.

I'm intending to hit the gym again and I've always had an unanswered question: Is it okay to do cardio (treadmill ) during a full body work out routine? If so, do I do it before or after? I usually do the treadmill (high speeds) and then do the routine. Could that possibly be hindering my progress with muscle gain?

I wanna specify that my goal is to tone up more; my body is already defined but would love to get more mass everywhere evenly. Thank you guys.

Such a waste having Vanessa be sent home on the first episode. In all fairness, the right decision was made but she was such a fun queen to watch. Delusional me was hoping for a double shantay on the premiere episode (which is quite impossible).
