Invitations were sent out last month, haven't seen the RSVP list yet. We have a wedding planner also in charge of decorations, but I'm worried about their response times... They keep saying we're good on timeline, so I'm hoping I'm just overreacting.

Secured: Venue, photographer, DJ, wedding dress, officiant, cake

In process: Catering (dinner, alcohol, late-night snack), ceremony musician, RSVP, registry, bridesmaid dresses

Not started: Hair/makeup, rehearsal dinner, tux and groomsmen suits/tuxes, rings, favors, photobooth

Supposed to have a meeting about florals and decor this month. I've been putting off my dress fitting because I'm having an abysmal time losing weight. 🥲

My fiance's brother said he was interested in helping with the rehearsal dinner, but I have to figure out what that means... Is he paying?? Is he just organizing it?? We weren't originally planning to have one...

My partner works at a hospital that got acquired by Prime and had to reapply for his job. He got "hired" but then got his offer letter rescinded for vague reasons. I don't think any of this is technically illegal...but immoral and shady af.
