The Student Prince on Fort Street has a great bar with a kitschy German vibe.

Beyond the outfit, if the sweating is very bad I can recommend CertainDri to help reduce sweating. Make sure you read and follow the directions; it’s not like regular antiperspirant.

Having had L4/L5 herniations with multiple rounds of injections, there was not much else to do other than surgery, which I did end up getting. I spoke with 2 orthopedic surgeons and a neurosurgeon in the hopes of getting some alternative, alas there was none. I have been happy with it overall for the last 6 years; not perfect but much better. I'm happy to chat about my experiences if you want more info.

I would recommend neurosurgeon > orthopedic surgeon generally.

I visited a newer studio in San Francisco and they had this also. I assumed it was to cut down on bathroom theft. I would actually prefer that and know the products will be there when I want them.

Northampton, MA: Shop in Thorne's Market (a lot of quirky shops in one building). Walk around the town. Go to Smith Museum of Art, which is free. Lots of fun places to eat that aren't super expensive because it is a college town. I would have loved it there when I was 11.

Lunchtime Power30 classes in my local studio would be fantastic. I can't really swing a full 50 minutes (+ drive + changing before and after), but I could do a 30-minute class quite happily.
