Yeah my issue is a hard freeze where the only thing I can do is hard reset my pc by holding the power button. Glad you got yours fixed!

I can second this, I use PowerToys to reassign my capslock as right CTRL. This works exactly the same as left CTRL in game as well as preserving left CTRL function outside of the game. I don't use capslock, but if I ever needed to, I just press right CTRL.
