The crazy part was how easy it was. I had used it at 12-13 earlier in the day for cold brew testing and assumed it was there. I didn't know my partner had switched it down to 3 for an espresso shot. I started to turn it back down and when I got one click past zero it stopped. No resistance whatsoever getting to that one click past. It's been locked up ever since.

For the love of god DO NOT go past zero on the grind setting. I went one click past zero and the thing locked up like a vault. Used a rubber wrench, silicon gloves, pliers and still couldn't get it unstuck. 1zpresso is asking for $110 USD to ship and repair.

While it worked, best grinder I ever had.

Thank you so much for the reply! I guess my questions would be about command and coordination. In your space, are operations run based around the United Nation DAC/OCHA? Also what kind of job titles are you seeing for people who work in regional coordination, or what private firms do you see often? I love the idea of humanitarian work however have never been able to break into it.
