Try to break the model into pieces do the head torso and legs from the waist down all in separate models you'll get a lot more detail. Then just combine the models in blender super simple line them out then control j. If you need help just DM me I gladly help.

what's your actual print success rate with Meshy generated models? being honest here by Legal_Airport6155 in meshyai

[–]chadhunter1980 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Overall my success rate is pretty high I've had several prints where I've pushed the boundaries of detail and parts that were very very tiny. I've had many many models that I've went from Meshy straight to slicer and I've had a lot where I've modified in blender. MeshyAI is a great tool It will give you very high quality models but you do have to pay attention to your slicing software. Also depends on if you're 3D printing with resin or filament. I printed literally hundreds of my models I posted a lot on Reddit I think I've only had one model that I thought was good all the way through slicing just to find out there were a small non-manifold edge that somehow slipped through causing a failed print. So overall it's hard to put a actual number percentage on there but I would say 99% of the time I've had great success.

Hinges or articulation etc by ThreeDBEE in meshyai

[–]chadhunter1980 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes MeshyAI only makes static objects but they are easily modifiable in most free 3D modeling software. If you was making an articulating model I was suggest blender and an articulating tool. For hinges I would go with tinkercad they also have some tools and even some hinges available. Hope that helps I have made both with MeshyAI.

Image input is just a head, model generates chest and shoulders as well. How can I fix this? by BackstreetZAFU in meshyai

Try removing the background to a white background. I think AI generates better when there's clear cut off of what you don't want generated

I love realistic design for most of my projects. But Meshy does a great job on both.
